Romina Pacheco (she/her/ella) is a proud Black Latina who was born and raised in Maracay, Venezuela. Romina is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the Windward School. She is passionate about learning parenting strategies that interrupt intergenerational trauma and preserve the goodness and brilliance that babies are born with. One of her biggest joys is seeing her kids, Asha and Pierre Aristides, grow and thrive as their authentic selves.
