Nancy Allen-Scannell is Director of External Affairs at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Nancy has led MSPCC’s public affairs team since 2006 and is responsible for the development and achievement of strategies to shape state policy with the goal of improving the lives of children and supporting families.
