Dr. Sandra “Chap” Chapman has spent the past 32 years of her professional life creating inclusive spaces as an educator, researcher and facilitator. She is the former, long-time Director of Diversity and Community at the at the Little Red Schoolhouse and Elizabeth Irwin High School in New York City.
