Brigitte Vittrup
Brigitte Vittrup is Professor of Child Development and Chair of the Department of Human Development, Family Studies, & Counseling at Texas Woman's University where she teaches courses in child development, research methods, and statistics. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her research focuses on children's racial attitudes, parents’ racial socialization practices, and media influences on children.
